What's our Why?

The Technology industry began its boom in the late 80's.  As the boom continued it became apparent that the industry lacked diversity.   Now more than ever the need for not only diversity but driving INCLUSIVE behaviors in Tech is necessary and can drive EVEN more successful outcomes! 

NextGen Collar was created to support these initiatives to offer a safe space to connect. NextGen Collar is a professional organization that supports and promotes DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) across the Technology sector. 

Our Mission is to accelerate DEIB in the Technology Sector with a focus on ALL inclusivity!
